USE OF TRIPTIQUE LLC SERVICES, ACCESS, AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and make travel bookings with Triptique LLC. You are responsible for all travel bookings made through Triptique LLC, whether for yourself or other members of your travel group. You certify that all information provided on behalf of yourself, your household, or authorized individuals is accurate and truthful. You agree to only make legitimate reservations or purchases with Triptique LLC and its Suppliers, understanding that speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are prohibited.

Triptique LLC acts as a booking agent for travel Suppliers listed on your itinerary. Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions, and by booking through Triptique LLC, you agree to comply with the terms of each Supplier chosen for your itinerary. Triptique LLC is not responsible for arrangements made independently of Triptique LLC, including costs or fees associated with such arrangements. If you book your own flights, Triptique LLC is not liable for losses resulting from changes in schedules or delays related to independently made air reservations. Earning loyalty points for reservations on your itinerary may not always be possible, and hotel and airline rewards or points may not apply to travel arrangements made through Triptique LLC.

RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS AND OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to correct errors, adjust prices, or make other necessary corrections. All offers, incentives, and Supplier promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. To avoid disappointment, fare increases, and late booking fees, it is advisable to confirm reservations well in advance of your intended travel dates.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

You are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments related to your travel bookings through Triptique LLC. By submitting a credit card authorization form to Triptique LLC, you authorize Triptique LLC to use your payment method to purchase travel products from Suppliers on your behalf. You agree not to dispute any charges with your bank or credit card company, except in cases of fraud, to comply with the booking terms and conditions of Triptique LLC and its Suppliers. Attempting chargebacks or reversals may result in additional costs and fees, including attorney fees, being collected by Triptique LLC.

Payments for travel must be made in accordance with each Supplier’s terms and conditions. Failure to make final payments or violating Supplier conditions may lead to cancellation of reservations, denial of access to travel services, or forfeiture of funds paid for reservations. Some bookings may not be refundable, and changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to Supplier-imposed penalties.

If you wish to modify your confirmed arrangements before or during your trip, we will do our best to assist you. Certain bookings may be non-changeable, and you may be responsible for increased costs imposed by the Supplier, along with Triptique LLC or Supplier change fees. All change requests must be submitted in writing to Triptique LLC. In cases where tour, cruise, or package prices are based on Supplier contract rates, no refund will be provided for unused portions of travel.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING TSA AND DHS ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passport books, visas, and all other required documents per government regulations. Passport cards may not be accepted for international travel. TSA and DHS recommend carrying acceptable identification for domestic and international flights, with details available at http://www.tsa.gov/. Certain countries may refuse entry if passports expire within six months of the return date. Non-U.S. citizens may have additional documentation requirements.

Traveling with children and infants may require specific documents. Minors traveling with one parent or without both parents may need authenticated consent forms. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency may require additional documentation for groups of children under age 19 arriving from contiguous territories with certain organizations.

Details on travel document accuracy are crucial. Clients must verify all information upon receiving their travel documents and promptly notify Triptique LLC of any necessary corrections within 24 hours of receipt, or Triptique LLC will not be responsible for additional correction costs.

ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS

Different countries have varying policies regarding past criminal offenses, both within and outside their borders. Travelers with criminal records should check entry and exit requirements directly with the respective country. Information can be found at the US State Department’s website, https://travel.state.gov/. Triptique LLC does not inquire about clients’ criminal records to respect privacy.

IMMUNIZATIONS AND HEALTH SCREENINGS

Clients must have the required immunizations, health screenings, and related documentation before travel. Triptique LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of health, vaccination, or documentation requirements. Some inoculations may need to be recorded on valid vaccination certificates. Consult with your healthcare provider before booking if you have concerns about medications or vaccinations. For specific destination and health-related information, refer to the State Department website at http://travel.state.gov and the Center for Disease Control at http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/.

RISKS AND SAFETY

Travel to certain destinations may carry greater risks. Clients are urged to stay informed about current news events and review travel advisories issued by the US Government before booking international trips. Information on safety conditions can be found at various government websites, including http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov. Clients are encouraged to enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for assistance in emergencies: https://step.state.gov/step/.

By offering travel to specific destinations, Triptique LLC does not guarantee advisability or safety, and Triptique LLC is not liable for any costs or losses resulting from such travel. Some activities included in itineraries may pose inherent risks, and clients should be aware of potential dangers, especially in remote areas or during specific activities. Clients must consider their physical condition before participating in activities and may be required to use safety equipment. Alcohol or illegal drug use before or during activities is discouraged and may result in personal injury, property damage, or other consequences.

In case of emergent health or safety concerns, Triptique LLC may decide whether to proceed with a trip or make itinerary alterations.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Federal law prohibits passengers from carrying hazardous materials on aircraft. This includes explosives, gases, flammable substances, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials. There are exceptions for small quantities of certain items. Details are available at http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/prohibited-items.

INSECTICIDE NOTICE

Refer to the DOT list of airports in countries that require insecticide treatment in passenger cabins before or during flights. The list is available at http://www.dot.gov/office-policy/aviation-policy/aircraft-disinsection-requirements.

AIR TRAVEL, SCHEDULE RECONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN

Airline tickets constitute a contract between the passenger and the airline. Triptique LLC does not control airline operations and is not liable for personal injury or property damage related to air tickets or air travel. Airlines may change schedules, and departure taxes may apply in some cases. Airline e-tickets typically expire one year from the issue date, unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.

For security reasons, it is recommended to check in at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. Flight times should be reconfirmed 24 hours before domestic flights and 72 hours before international flights. Frequent flyer mileage accrual depends on the airline’s discretion, and Triptique LLC is not responsible for denied mileage accrual or restricted upgrades.

Seat assignments are not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply for pre-booking seats.

LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

Triptique LLC acts as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the direct provider of travel services. Each Supplier operates independently, and Triptique LLC does not control their actions. Suppliers may alter itineraries for various reasons, including weather. Any changes to an itinerary are at the discretion of the Supplier, and Triptique LLC is not liable for these changes.

Triptique LLC disclaims liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from services provided by Suppliers through Triptique LLC, including but not limited to acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or irregularities caused by Suppliers or their employees, agents, servants, or representatives.

Triptique LLC only receives commissions and fees for travel transactions, and any potential recovery from Triptique LLC is limited to the amount of commissions and fees received.

FORCE MAJEURE

Triptique LLC is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, accidents, riots, wars, epidemics, governmental actions, changes in laws, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events. Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance to protect against such events.

CLIENT CONDUCT

Clients must adhere to behavior guidelines established by Triptique LLC and Suppliers, including dress codes at religious or cultural sites. Triptique LLC and Suppliers reserve the right to remove clients from facilities, hotels, tours, or transportation if their conduct endangers themselves or others, disrupts fellow travelers, or interferes with operations or security. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Clients are responsible for any damage or loss caused by them, including payment directly to accommodation owners or managers. Use or possession of illegal drugs during the trip may lead to immediate termination and potential prosecution. Clients are responsible for complying with drug possession laws of the countries and states they visit.

CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Currency exchange rates can change, leading to price adjustments. Triptique LLC is not responsible for surcharges or foreign transaction fees imposed by clients’ credit cards or banks.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is recommended to protect against Supplier default, trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. Declining insurance may result in non-refundable portions of the trip and Supplier-imposed penalties. Triptique LLC is not an insurance broker and does not evaluate the adequacy of clients’ existing insurance coverage.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Triptique LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updated versions provided to clients and posted on the Triptique LLC website.
